
We built Kyo because no existing tool gave us what we actually needed — a complete agency management OS that brought sales, projects, tasks, finances, docs, and team management all into one workspace. Instead of changing our process to fit existing tools, we built a tool that fit agencies. Our challenge was to capture the best of what currently exists, optimised for agency operations and client management.

Kyo's entire interface was designed and built in code. Our AI-first approach allowed us to explore design variants and prototypes directly in code from day one, and polish styling later. Figma was back-filled from the codebase by Claude for documentation, not the other way around. What would normally take a design team weeks was done in 2 days.
